What if I can’t download my PDF pattern?

Once you place an order, you will receive two emails. The first email confirms your order, and the second email includes a link to access your patterns. If you do not get an email with a link to your PDF, make sure it did not accidentally end up in your Junk or Spam folder. You can always log into your account and click “My Pattern PDFs,” where your pattern should appear ready for download. If you have any difficulty, simply write to orders@churchmouseyarns.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
